How to generate your own electricity at home

You must wonder what are the effective methods to generate your own electricity and become completely independent from the main power lines. This might take a little work, but the results can surely satisfy you. All you need is some time and initial investments. After that, the things will pretty much run on their own.

After that, you can think about the places where you could install them. It is best to install them on roof, but they can also be installed in your garden or on any other available places. 

Next step is to build your own wind generator. You could easily make it from an old electric motor that you purchase or take out of an old washing machine or car. Then you make turbines from planks and you connect the systems to a battery that is charged when there is wind. So now when your system is ready, you just need to charge the batteries when there is Sun and wind. It is a simple principle, the batteries will power your house appliances, lighting and electronics and your house will be completely independent from the main power lines.
