Color rendering index - Why LED lights emit natural light that is pleasant to the eyes?

Color rendering index is a very important parameter for artificial lights. If the color rendering index is high, that means that the artificial light is close to the natural light. This will give people ability to perceive light as it is in the natural environment. This quality is especially important in movie and photography lighting. Traditional lights, such as incandescent, fluorescent, mercury and sodium have low color rendering index. This means that they emit light that lets us perceive wrong colors. LED lights, on the other side, emit light with color rendering index of 96 (where 100 is the largest value). This makes LED lights perfect for creation of pleasant environment and natural colors  in indoor locations.
